When you open an account on amiibo, you enter into an agreement with us governing how our platform operates, what we require from you, and how disputes are resolved. These terms apply to all amiibo services—football betting through Allbet, live-dealer tables via Evolution Gaming, slot games, esports markets, and number-picking draws.
Our terms are written in plain language rather than dense legal jargon, so you understand exactly what you are agreeing to. We cover account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal mechanics, bonus conditions, settlement rules, and the jurisdiction-restricted nature of our service. When you register on amiibo, you provide your legal name, email address, date of birth, and contact details. We use this information to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We accept Indonesian ID documents (KTP, passport, driver's license) and typically complete verification within one to two business days.
Your amiibo account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to use your account, or operate multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close them without notice.
Deposits and Payment Methods
We accept deposits via nine Indonesia payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. E-wallet deposits process within minutes; bank transfers typically complete within one to two hours during business hours. We do not charge deposit fees.
Your deposit is credited immediately to your amiibo balance and is available for use across all game verticals—football betting, live-dealer tables, slots, esports, and number-picking draws. Your balance is unified, so you do not maintain separate wallets for different games.
We reserve the right to decline deposits from payment methods we cannot verify or that appear to violate our compliance policies. If a deposit is declined, we will notify you and the funds will be returned to your payment source within one to two business days.
Withdrawals and Settlement
You can withdraw your amiibo balance at any time using the same payment method you used to deposit. We process withdrawal requests twice daily (at 10:00 and 18:00 Jakarta time). E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within two to four hours; bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank's clearing speed.
We do not charge withdrawal fees on your own funds or winnings. We do not impose minimum withdrawal amounts—you can withdraw any balance above zero. Your withdrawal request is processed automatically; we do not require manual approval or hold periods.
If a withdrawal fails due to a payment provider error, we will retry the transaction automatically. If the retry fails, we will credit the funds back to your amiibo balance and notify you. You can then request a withdrawal to a different payment method or contact our support team for assistance.
Bonus Terms and Promotion Eligibility
Our welcome bonus on amiibo is credited automatically when you make your first deposit. The bonus amount depends on your deposit size and is added to your Available Balance. The bonus is regular cash—you can use it on any amiibo game (football, live-dealer, slots, esports, number-picking) without special restrictions.
We do not impose arbitrary rollover requirements on bonuses. However, bonus funds are subject to our standard account terms—if you withdraw before using your bonus, the bonus is forfeited. Once you have used your bonus on any game, you can withdraw your remaining balance freely.
Our weekly cashback is calculated every Monday based on your net position across all amiibo games from the previous seven days. If you have a net loss, we credit cashback at your tier-based rate. If you have a net win, no cashback is issued (but you keep your winnings). Cashback is credited by 08:00 Jakarta time and is withdrawable immediately.
Reload bonuses are available every time you deposit. The bonus rate depends on your VIP tier and the day of the week. Higher tiers unlock better rates and daily reload bonuses. To claim your reload bonus, simply make a deposit—the bonus is credited automatically.
Game Rules and Settlement
Each amiibo game vertical operates under specific rules. Football bets through Allbet settle within minutes of official match conclusion. Live-dealer tables through Evolution Gaming settle the moment the dealer's hand or ball result is final. Slot games pay out instantly. Number-picking draws (Koprok, Colok Naga) settle within seconds of the draw closing.
All settlement is automatic and transparent. Your account history displays every bet, result, and payout. If you have a question about a specific settlement, our support team can pull your transaction history and explain the exact calculation.
We reserve the right to void any bet that violates our terms—for example, bets placed after a match has started, bets on suspended markets, or bets placed during technical errors. If we void a bet, we will credit your stake back to your amiibo balance and notify you of the reason.
Account Security and Data Protection
We protect all amiibo account information with SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers—payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers. Your login credentials are hashed and salted, so even our staff cannot access your password.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your amiibo account for added security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately—we can freeze your account and reverse unauthorized transactions where verified.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Jurisdiction and Service Availability
Our services on amiibo are available only where local law permits. We do not offer amiibo in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If local law changes in your jurisdiction, we will notify account holders and honour any balances as required by law.
We currently operate in supported jurisdictions across Indonesia and select Southeast Asian markets. Our compliance team continuously monitors regulatory changes and adjusts service availability accordingly. If your jurisdiction becomes restricted, we will allow you to withdraw your balance but will not accept new deposits or bets.
Prohibited Activities
We prohibit the following activities on amiibo:
- Using amiibo from a restricted jurisdiction or on behalf of someone else.
- Operating multiple accounts or using automated tools to place bets.
- Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit technical errors, or collude with other players.
- Using amiibo for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
- Harassing other players or our staff via chat or support channels.
If we detect prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account without notice. Any funds in your account will be held pending investigation. If we confirm a violation, we may forfeit your balance or report the activity to relevant authorities.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email and give you 30 days to accept the new terms or close your account. If you continue using amiibo after the 30-day period, you accept the updated terms.
